⭐ No rush commissions are accepted.
⭐ Ink can decline a commission if it does not align with Ink’s skills and/or comfort.
⭐ Waitlist is first come first serve.
⭐ References must be given. Text-based references are accepted for poses, but images are best preferred. No AI generated references will be accepted.PAYMENTS
⭐ Full payment upfront ONLY.REVISIONS
⭐ Revisions may be added during the sketching.
⭐ However, no more revisions will be accepted during the colouring phase(colour correcting is OK!).
⭐ No revisions will be accepted for Surprise me/Skeb commissions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⭐ Estimated turnaround time :
[1] Colored sketches - within the day, so long as the client is able to communicate within a day/24 hours.
[2] Flat colored: 1 to 3 days, may be extended to a week.
[3] Fully rendered - 1 to 2 weeks, may be extended.USE
⭐ Commissioning Ink reserves the right for you to personally use the art.
⭐ An additional 50% fee will be negotiated and charged for commercial use: monetized videos/streams use, merchandise use.
⭐ STRICTLY DO NOT use Ink’s works to generate images using AI and the like.
⭐ STRICTLY NO USE for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT’s) and any Cryptocurrencies is allowed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⭐ The commissioned art still belongs to Ink, cannot be claimed as yours, and may be used in Ink’s portfolio/advertising.
⭐ Ink only allows cropping of Ink’s works. However no form of major editing such as "correction", leaving out or covering up Ink’s watermark, or continuation of unfinished works (unless Ink has stated otherwise).REFUNDS
⭐ Full refund can only be issued when Ink has not worked on the piece.
⭐ Only half of the amount can be refunded if Ink has given at least one update.COMMUNICATION
⭐ A Google Form link will be sent to client upon start of the commission.
⭐ Updates will be sent for:

[2] Lineart
[3] Flat color
[4] Rendering
[5] Finished
⭐ Updates for Surprise me/Skeb comms will not be given. A preview of the drawing will be sent through DMs before sending the final outputs.
⭐ Client is highly encourage to speak of revisions, except color corrections, before the rendering phase to ensure the commissioned piece is to their liking.
⭐ If client does not respond for 2 weeks after my first message to initiate the commission, Ink is allowed to cancel the commission and may give the slot to someone else.
